Capital Campaign

St. Francis of Assisi Parish is launching a capital campaign beginning in April 2025 to fund critical improvements to our beloved parish campus. Over the next three years, our goal is to raise $1 million to ensure our church remains a functional, comfortable, and welcoming spiritual home for current and future generations.

Planned Improvements (in priority order)

•     Replace heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) in the Church, Gathering Space, and Parish Center – Estimated cost: $315,000
•     Replace lighting control system in the Church – Estimated cost: $50,000
•     Replace the organ – Estimated cost: $220,000
•     Replace flooring in the Church – Estimated cost: $125,000
•     Replace pews and kneelers – Estimated cost: $120,000
•     Replace flooring in the Gathering Space – Estimated cost: $70,000
•     Enhance church lighting – Estimated cost: $60,000
•     Add a lighted canopy to the Parish Center entrance or replace/eliminate outdoor steps – Estimated cost: $40,000

We are asking every parish household to prayerfully consider making a sacrificial gift to help restore and enhance our church home. While not every family can give the same amount, we hope each can give with the same spirit of generosity.
